The Foundations of Hypnosis

Stretch your capabilities with the help of your own Personal Trainer for your mind
The “Foundations of hypnosis” is the first mandatory 2 week course,consisting of 2 x 2 hour sessions, it will provides you with the opportunity to explore your own ability to go into trance and have a personal experience of what group hypnosis is all about.
On completion of these sessions you will be invited to attend other hypnoclub courses which will involve more specific topics of interest. The specific courses range from 2 – 4 week period, each session is 2 hours in length.
Deborah Edwards is a highly qualified trainer and therapist who conducts a number of different programs for your own self development using group hypnosis. Meet your facilitator.

It's important to know that the hypnoclub does not replace the benefits and value of doing individual personal therapy. The hypnoclub is not a training. These sessions are intended for people who are curious about their own personal and
professional development. It is for people who may have already completed a training or workshop with Deborah; who may have had therapy sessions with Deborah and would like to add value to what you have already learnt or you could be simply interested to know what hypnosis is all about and how it feels to be hypnotised.
You may know now is the time to experiment and do something different – now is the time to take another step in developing your own mindset and enhancing the quality of your life.
