Hypnosis is simply an alternative state of consciousness, where you can retain awareness in the presence of the highly skilled hypnotist in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. It's a state of heighten suggestability where you can be more open to powerful positive suggestions and you can easily access your own creative mind, learn from any past inhibitions, reprogramme patterns or work with physical ailments for effective relief.

Imagine what new possbilities could open up for you if you learn't how to influence your mind.
