At the time we felt there were some gaps in regards to how employees worked with each other, and with our clients. Were they working in a way that reflected the above philosophies – NO. Therefore we were looking for a training course that would encompass, develop and encourage those values that could be rolled out to a variety of employees within ALL business units.
