It's Your time, your intention and your power that makes the difference.
Daily meditation is a great habit to get into. It's up to you whether it's for 5 mins or 2 hours, its always your choice. You'll be amazed at how quickly it will be with daily practise, you'll find it easier to meditate for longer.

YEAHHHH!
Children are less likely to smoke if their parents do not smoke. Every year in Australia 70,000 teenagers become regular smokers. The younger the children are when they start smoking, the more likely they are to die of a smoking-related disease.
